Dover Street Market offers a 14-day return window for all online orders, provided that items are returned in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags and packaging intact. Please note that certain items, such as fragrance, jewelry, and sale products, may be subject to specific restrictions.
Request a Return
Log into your account or use the guest order tracker to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return form along with your invoice to ensure efficient processing.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects and approves the returned goods, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
